[Proposal Example] Automotive Dirt-Resistant and Cushioning Cover - Stable High Quality and Short Delivery Time Response

To address the three points of uniformity in specifications, weather resistance, and moisture permeability/waterproofing, we produced a car anti-dirt and cushioning cover using point adhesion of polyethylene film and non-woven fabric.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request for "non-woven fabric + polyethylene laminated products for automotive dirt-resistant and cushioning covers, with stable quality and quick delivery." The requirements were uniformity of specifications, weather resistance, and moisture permeability/waterproofing. Since we can manufacture stable non-woven fabric, we arranged a polyethylene film with moisture permeability, waterproofing, and weather resistance to meet the other requirements, and performed point bonding with the non-woven fabric. As a result of the prototype, all quality standards were met.
